【Travel Agency Operations Manager】
If you have five or more years of management experience in the tourism industry, and you also have innovative ideas in your head
that , Helmet King is the place to practice your ideals!
Responsibilities:
● Design, lead and schedule tours based on client needs and interests
● Handle customer inquiries and reservations
● Research different travel destinations, provide professional travel solutions and services, and satisfy customers
● Handle customer comments and complaints when necessary
● Provide advice on hotels, itineraries, air tickets and other related travel issues
● According to the company's plan, contact different departments to develop solutions that meet business goals
● Coordinate with travel suppliers, agents and internal departments
● Analyze and prepare travel budget reports for management review
● Support other temporary projects and work
Require:
● A bachelor's degree, preferably in a tourism or other related subject
● Possess at least five years of tourism management experience
● Rich product and fare knowledge, including IATA, BSP and ticket issuance and refund
● Proficiency in the use of reservation systems and online booking tools
● Knowledge of using Microsoft Office software
● Possess a full driving license for motorcycles
● Good writing and communication skills in Cantonese, Chinese and English
● Proactive, enthusiastic and proactive, good customer service and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, able to work independently and solve problems

● Responsible for leading participants to overseas destinations, liaising with local organizations and arranging relevant itineraries
● Take care of the needs of the group on the itinerary
● Planning routes and itineraries, coordinating and communicating with destination units
● Prepare itineraries and provide consulting services for customers
Require:
● College degree or above, experience in tourism industry
● More than two years experience in group leadership is preferred
● Possess full driving license for motorcycle or private car
● Good writing and communication skills in Cantonese, Chinese and English
● Fluency in Japanese (Japanese proficiency N2) is preferred
● Skills in filming and editing are preferred
● Organized, good time management skills
