1. We don’t provide any return service due to wrong size or wrong colour. Please confirm your size and head shape carefully before you confirm the order.
2. In case you received a wrong product or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days and provide your shipment/order number, photos of the products and all the details you have.
3. To avoid any problem caused by miscommunication, please wait for our Customer Services Officer to reply after filling up your exchange. All cases which are not confirmed by our Customer Services Officer are not subjected to process.
4. All returned products must be in new condition, together with their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Product must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags cannot be missing.
5. Please pack the product carefully to avoid any damage during the return shipment. Packaging is also part of the product, we won't accept the return if the package is damaged.
6. We advise you to choose a trustable courier service. Helmet King won't bear any responsibility if the product is damaged or lost during the return shipment.
7. Helmet King reserves the right of final decision when disputes arise.
